weekly roundup

Happy Jazz Fest! It looks like the rain has finally let up so I am heading out with all the other women half my age to check out Maroon 5… but not before I run over to my daughter’s school with a special surprise of chocolate covered strawberries from Lolli’s Chocolates. The kids won’t see much of their parents this weekend so this will assuage the mommy-guilt that inevitably sets in approximately four hours after I desperately run out of the house racing to be free. I do love saying goodbye but saying hello is just as sweet.

Just in case you’re holed up on this chilly Friday, here are some interesting things I’ve found along the way this week. Enjoy the weekend and I hope to see you groovin’ to the beat this weekend.
