As parents, we are our greatest resources. I am constantly asking questions and taking notes about the things I learn from other parents so I can share them on nolaParent. This is annoying to my friends and confusing to the random stranger.
But we all can agree that sharing is caring, so if you stumble upon something you can’t live without that no other parent should, by all means, send it thisaway. If it’s rad like this or relevant like this or this or this, I may just blog about it, post it to Facebook or tweet about it. No promises, though.
My rule of thumb is this: If it’s innovative, interesting, useful, unique and undoubtedly relevant to parents, then it’s probably a good fit. If said submission can only be described in a 3-page press release titled “MEDIA ALERT” addressed to someone named “Hi”, then it is probably not a good fit.
