Pre-game Playdate: Funny Bones Improv brings laughter to New Orleans sick children Sept. 30

This is a great event for families that supports a local non-profit, Funny Bones Improv! Funny Bones Improv performs interactive, improvised comedy shows in hospitals for sick children in New Orleans and Chicago. We have been helping sick children and their families share in the healing benefits of laughter since 2008, and this year, we’ve decided to celebrate by having a Playdate with all of our friends!

Please bring your whole family to our event at the Elmwood Kidsports (1201 S. Clearview Parkway, Building B) on September 30th from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM – and don’t worry, you’ll be ready to rock in plenty of time for the (away) Saint’s game at 3:25!

We’ll have crafts, games, hula hooping, Saints face painting and more, with snacks available from our community sponsors (including Midway Pizza, Hansen’s Snowballs, PJs Coffee and more)! There will also be a silent auction featuring prizes from Mignon Faget, Saks, Nintendo DS and many others.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $2 for children in advance ($5 at the door). You can RSVP in advance at www.funnybonesimprov.com and be included in a drawing for a chance to win a $50 Whole Foods gift certificate.
